INGREDIENTS::::
1 cup Moong daal,1 cup Basmati or alternative long grain rice,2 tsp finely diced ginger,2 tsp salt,1/3 cup clarified butter,2 tiny bay leaves,1 in. cinnamon stick, broken into 2-3 items,4-5 cloves,1 cup Moong daal,1 cup Basmati or alternative long grain rice,2 tsp salt,2 tsp finely diced ginger,4 cups water
PROCESSING:::
Bring the clarified butter to heat on a cooking pan over medium high heat
Add within the bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, and cloves and gently saute for a moment
Then add the rice, lentils, ginger, and salt, fry for regarding 5-10 minutes ensuring the clarified butter coats all the rice and lentil
Add the water and convey to boil
Cover, flip down the warmth to simmer, and cook for twenty three minutes
