@maria-mariah I've been thinking a lot about health and diet recently (especially just having seen Food, Inc.). I love "The truth is simple..." because it really is. But such a simple mantra can drastically improve someone's life. I'm already eating healthier after I made a concerted change.

I wrote about how Blockchain can potentially help fix a toxic food system. I don't think Blockchain is the end-all-be-all by any means and we're still far off from seeing that really take afoot.

Education is surely the most important weapon in fighting against the big ag industry. So, thanks for promoting healthy eating!
