This actually depends on your location. Some teenagers in your environments may not be interested to the kind of items possessed in my environment.

Also, the exposure of such girls matters alot because this determines how she sees the gifts.

I will answer the question based on my location and experience I had with teen girls.

Girls in my environment love to buy sweets, candy, biscuits, chocolate, cake, etc. I believe this will be a very good gift for your 9 year old girls. They are very much in love with such consumable items.

Another gift you can get for them is buying them foot wear. Yes, this is also what female teenagers find very interesting. They love to brag about their new footwear to their friends and they are very happy whenever they wear them.

Get them beautiful dresses. As an adult you always feel good and happy whenever you wear something nice and new. This happens to every individual naturally. If that could happen to an adult, what do you expect of the girls?

Lastly, you can get them a lovely toy. Every teenagers are very happy whenever they play with toys. I would have prescribed pet, but I am afraid not every young ladies will wish to have that.

In conclusion, if you are capable of knowing what they love, you can try your best to get it for them.
