You guys, I am absolutely obsessed with Kimchi and so I thought I would make this non-spicy, vegan, white kimchi. I am so excited to try this!!
Buy Mom In Law's Kimchi: http://amzn.to/2CGEuro

Ingredients:
1 big head of Nappa Cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
1 white or yellow onion is needed for this but I just used two bunches of green onions
1 red apple, peeled & chopped into thin match sticks
Ginger thinly sliced
5 cloves of Garlic thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
5 red radishes thinly sliced
I used 6 cups of water per about 4tbsp of water
2tbsp maple syrup.

Leave your jars of kimchi, tightly sealed, out for 1-2 days at room temperature. Then putting it in the refrigerator. SUBSCRIBE and turn on post notifications to be notified when I post my next video updating you all on how this kimchi turned out.
