"There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness." Dalai Lama
- Plant a tree or a flower. Helping nature is helping the world!
- Give money to a random beggar without expecting anything not even a smile
- Donate all your unused shoes. Ask yourself do I really need all of them?
- Don’t wait a B-day to make a gift to your loved ones.
- Call your grand parents! We never call them enough.
- Send flowers to someone you know is lonely.
- Tell you parents you love them.
- Find opportunities to give compliments, to your neighbour, to this old women you see sometimes in the train.
- Smile to strangers.
- Take five minutes to send postcards to sick children who are fighting serious illnesses.
In this terrible ages that we live in, what we need more than ever is random acts of kindness! My grandmother always told me "You and I can't change the world but we can change the world around us. If each and everyone of us make kindness our religion, our philosophy and our priority. Then their is no doubt in my mind that love will triumph".
I hope I convince you to make a random acts of kindness.
