It's not everyday we live for ourselves. Someday we just live for others. Like, helping them with their work, helping them stroll around, and then listening to their plights and providing solutions where you can.
That's was today for me. It started with helping Bummi fix up her notes of lesson for her HND 2 class. After a lot of copying and pasting, reading and editing, the job was done. And she was off to go print it out.
It was not yet over. Lucky came in she need company so many things she needed to talk about. I gave her listening ears but could not give her advice because I didn't have anything to say at the moment.
I had planned of taking some tour since the school I teach is on their midterm break, I asked her to join me.
I help my landlady fetch water. And finally I was on my way to somewhere very far to help my lecturer.
It was a kindness Monday. What a good way to start a week - with a little kindness here and there. What a nice start!
