The Art of Complimenting

I love to pay compliments.
I really do. And it's neither to ingratiate nor am I a sycophant. It's only because in this crazy world where everyone is quick to judge, and with those who do not hesitate to pull another down at any given opportunity, it feels nice to hear something good about oneself.

Why is there suddenly so much negativity in this world all of a sudden?
So when we hate people, it's important to note, that it's not them. It's our own insecurities playing in the undercurrents. Isn't it strange that lately all we see are people who are waiting to pull others down. Those who hardly waste any time gossiping about the ones who aren't even there to defend themselves.

Honestly, everyone is suffering some battle or the other in their life. Some talk about it, but there's many who never ever show it. Each one of us has a struggle within. So why not say something nice to them and make their day?

That’s a great rule to live by! I would replace “girls” by “people” even...

You’re right. I should change that clip to people. Actually it was something I came across and totally related to. And it’s true.. it should apply to everyone
