How you kiss, how you are kissed in return, and also where you are kissed, can indicate what kind of sexual relationship to expect from a particular lover. There is no place that should be considered out of bounds, once you have ascertained your sexual health. A clean healthy body is entirely lovable and kissable. Reluctance to accept a loved one's body is a sign of inbred inhibition, and may indicate a problem on the part of the reluctant one.
However, where and what one kisses during foreplay is an entirely personal matter and there should be no anxiety about whether one or another kind of kissing is normal or not. Everything is normal if it meets with the approval of both people concerned.
