They are found in any bakery in the country, but the most famous and really delicious, soft, spongy and filled with "melao" or sugarcane juice, are found in the vicinity of Caracas, Venezuela, on the roads to Junquito and Towards Los Teques ... One of the best in Caracas are the Don Goyo Golfeados everyone knows them. Apart from other meals like the Tequeños, the cachitos and the Ham Bread, is one of the typical recipes of Venezuela based haria of wheat as a bread base.

Let's start by preparing the paperboard melamine
We put the paperboard in a pot with 1/4 of water, and let it simmer slowly stirring occasionally until it melts and becomes molasses.

Remove from the heat and go with the dough:
Before starting, it is important to note that all ingredients should be at room temperature. Add milk, two tablespoons of cardboard molasses, two eggs, 100 grams of sugar, yeast, honey, and butter in the blender or container. If you do it in the blender, add the flour and vanilla and knead. If you do it on the table, mix everything (except the flour) because this last place the volcano on the table and then in the center add the previous mixture. And knead until smooth and manageable.
At first you will notice that the dough is sticky, but then it peels off and becomes more "friendly" 🙂 It is time to add the anise and knead a little more.
