The media in the USA gives a platform to the lies spewed by the supreme cheeto. They echo his diatribe and marginalize voices which could expose the truth.
While the media fascinates a certain cross section of the populace in the USA, there are many who perceive their misdirection and deception as it is, a stinking pile of poop.
The kid gloves that the media handles the congressional subpoena defiance with come off quickly when they turn their lenses towards immigrants and refugees. They demonize the poor and unhoused mercilessly while openly supporting the greed of the billionaire predator class of psychopaths.
The class war is ramping up, and the poor are not yet organizing a effective resistance, instead preferring to be divided by the predator class and the media puppets.
Police and military will side with the oppressors, the media is owned and operated by the oppressors, the banks are clearly not meant for the poor, and our health care system too is meant only for the wealthy. Every cross section of our society functions for the benefit of the parasites who dominate the USA.
We cannot ask these institutions to act in the interest of The People, it will take a more dramatic brand of Direct Action to bring effective change. But for now, we fight each other for the scraps thrown off by the predator class of parasites who rule the world.
