OlympusDAO has become a real pioneer in the concept of running a treasury backed currency, and it has laid the foundation for the brand new project named KlimaDAO that launched yesterday evening at 20.00 (UTC). Well, it didn't really launch at that time, because it was delayed, and there were more than 20,000 people active in their Discord channel waiting for information about what was going on.
But, after two hours, things were in order and trading started. The price was "supposed" to start around $370, but it immediately hit $1200 and since then, it has just been increasing and it is currently trading around $2000.

Have you looked into the project yourself? Did you find it interesting, intriguing, or does it smell like a scam and something that will make you expect a rug pull at any time? You are not alone with those suspicions, but I do hope this will be a solid project that will be around for many years and turn into a blessing for investors and even more important, for the environment (as the goal is to withdraw tons of carbon from the atmosphere).
Less than 24 hours after launch, the current APY is around 90,000%, but this will, of course, decrease quickly as more and more people stake tokens at the KlimaDAO application.
