Hello, anyone interested in learning more about Brazil?

I am Brazilian, married, have 03 children and recently lived the experience of living in the USA for 06 months. It was a great cultural shock because we Brazilians think we are the most peculiar people in the world, some good things ... others not so much. I stayed 95% of the time in Austin and Texas. Of course the language is a great differential, but the Americans, a lot of them imagine that we speak Spanish..or still French ... lol. They also think that we all know how to play soccer and fight jiu jitsu (I practiced other martial arts like kick box, Kung Fu and Capoeira, the latter a natively Brazilian martial art) and we live in the gym ... lol. My biggest difficulty was cooking, not to criticize, but I could not discover a single dish 100% of the American cuisine (call meal burger is an offense for us Brazilians ... lol). We already have so much that, even being Brazilian, it did not even taste half! I am a son of Bahians and only there are some that I will mention: vatapá, caruru, acarajé, buchada de bode, sarapatel, bobó de camarão, etc. Who wants to know more about each one, he says. I want to leave behind tips of what to do in Sao Paulo and make new friends around the world.
