  1. Learn not to take anything personal
    Anything that people say or do is a reflection of themselves. You have the power to accept things people say.

2.Love yourself
Embrace who you are. You do not need anybody to tell you you are good, you already know you are.

3.Stop been Paranoid
We always think that people are thinking about us and talking about us, sometimes they are so busy and they are thinking what I am thinking about the unnecessary and anxiety worry.

4.Don't explain yourself to others
you already have a set of people who care and accept you for who you are. The people who care about you do not need an explanation.
