Pulse survivor Prabesh kunwar, 19 does exercises at home in Tandi, Chitwan, on December 13, 2016. Prabesh was shot on the dance floor during the attack. In the months since, she's been doing physical therapy three times a week , working to regain the use of right arm . she mostly stays home and still rarely goes out after dark.

This week I'll the sharing of story of Prabesh kunwar who was shot during the attack while on dance floor. A survivor of pulse nightclub Sauraha, which is one of the deadliest mass shot in Nepal history. Prabesh was shot three times and survived. But the person sje went to club with, her longtime friend sharad Gurung is one of the 49 people murdered that night.

This project, which is a chapter of a larger series about queer youth in the Nepal, documents how prabesh continues to recover from her physical and psychological trauma.
