Island in the sun - Koh Kood, Thailand part 2

Beautiful nature makes me feel playful, so that I feel like moving and being healthy again. Surrounded by vibrant life and clean water everywhere, makes my own biology want to wake up and join the party.

I would like to return to Koh Kood with SUP Stand Up Paddle boards, would be great to paddle right around the island, that would take about 10 days. Exploring the undeveloped Eastern side of the island would be quite an adventure.

There are iguana, crabs and diverse birdlife to discover, though not easy to carry equipment on a fast SUP like a race-board, I would still like to try. Will need to build my fitness again, after barely moving this last 3 months. Thats crypto for you...too much blue screen and not enough blue sky lol..

This hammock reminds me of a giant sling-shot, wonder if I could put some of my favourite crypto in there and point it at the moon? Then again, in this place, I am reminded of what wealth really is, health and abundance flow from unspoilt habitats. From clean oxygenated water, soils rich in micro-organisms fed, and feeding massively diverse wildlife. Man and money, can do little to improve this, other than to simply allow it to be.

Water is life, and water rich in life drives economies that are sustained by ecology. Somehow this is missing from our business studies and added only as an after thought to our governing policies. Hopefully DAC's like EOS is enabling, will allow the full intelligence of our species to be applied, rather than just the empty headed story tellers, that keep us hungry for that which is toxic and unsatisfying.

Oxygenated water, feeds beneficial micro-organisms, the kind that promote growth rather than decay. Though both are necessary, pathology is often avoidable when we work with nature.

Its all rather exhausting, not so much the moving, but the over-thinking, to ease up on trying to control that which was already perfect, is perhaps our greatest lesson lol.. see so hard to just hang out..ha ha.

Congratulation freemoceanisnow! Your post has appeared on the hot page after 4min with 7 votes.

It looks like there are not much people on the beach. But it gives more relaxation to the mind when the noise is less and such a wonderful climate.

There is nothing more perfect and thoughtful than nature. When you are in such charming places, you can feel like a real child of nature - as you are next to your daughter. All the vanity of life goes away and life becomes slower and more calm. How much wonder can you learn!

its true, my most valuable lessons arose from allowing my inner biology to experience the greater outer biology with a whole lot less "interpretations" from monkey mind in between. There is nature and there is noise, one provides life lol....
