Komodo: Atomic Swaps Coming for ETH and ERC20?

This testing that Komodo is doing with their exchange could mean that we could have a fully decentralized exchange with no records on the blockchain, but still valid. And it could support ANY ERC20 coin -- EOS, PowerLedger, Golem, etc.
