produksi biji kopi lokal di kawasan kecamatan tangse, Pidie saya anggap bisa maju mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan dipermak oleh tangan-tangan yang peduli pada kearifan lokal.
memang aceh dikenal dengan kopi gayonya yang mendunia. namun hal itu terkadang berdampak pada produktifitas kopi lokal yang menurun. tak sedikit petani menebang kopi asalnya sendiri yang telah berusia puluhan tahun serta tahan terhadap hama selama ini untuk kemudian ditanam dengan varietas kopi arabica.
disisi lain. produk kopi lokal semakin menurun dan juga arabika belum tentu cocok bagi semua wilayah.
