The decision to implement the Level 4 guidelines in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon, 40 kilometers west of the capital, was held on Monday at an inter-agency COVID-19 response meeting chaired by Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum for two weeks .
According to the rules of Level 4, there will be a ban on the gathering of more than two people after 6 pm. Demonstrations will also be banned, although the government will allow one-person protests.
