If you pay $15 per month, you can watch about 220 live channels and 210 thousand VOD's for free.
Secondly, Internet network companies have payTV, too.
I don't know if you know this, almost all Korean houseohlds are connected to the Internet.
So, if your subscription carries both, the company services are cheaper.
So, Koreans use the payTV more than other streaming services like Netflix, Vie.
