Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli, said that Slovakia is in line with the European Union when it comes to Kosovo and is ready to welcome opening of a Kosovo office in Bratislava.
“Kosovo will open new doors and will leave open doors of friendship with all countries of the world, especially countries of Europe, or members of the European Union,” said Pacolli. “I had a meeting with Slovakian Secretary of State, Ivan Korcok. Slovakia is in line with the European Union related to Kosovo and is ready to welcome Kosovo’s office in Bratislava. We will strengthen relations in all fields,” Pacolli wrote in Facebook. Slovakia is one of the five EU member countries which have not recognised Kosovo’s independence.
