Answering those questions is part of my duty now since I accepted the calling to preach the gospel of steemit. I could easily motion them to the white paper but a few minutes of oral introduction is always good when building a community.
Their concern so far has been the long wait(verification of email) of which I have to inform them of the other option(payment-no one I have told this option has tried it). Am sure more questions will arise as time goes on.
