겨울 동안 추워서 헬스장에 안갔더니 어느새 근육이 빠지고 배가 올라왔네요. 건강을 위해 다시 헬스를 시작해야 할 것 같습니다. 그런데 내일은 술자리가 있으니 그 다음날부터 시작해야 하는데.. 아차 그 날은 야간근무가 있군요. 그럼 금요일날 가야 하나.. 헌데 주말에 놀러가야 해서 헬스장 못갈거 같으니 금요일날 끊으면 왠지 손해볼 것 같은데요..
에이 그냥 다음주 월요일로 미뤄야 하겠습니다 하하..
