작은 회사든 큰 회사든 일단 건설회사 들어가야죠.. 입사하고 회사에 건설인협회 등록해 달라고하세요. 안해주면 개인이 등록해도되요. 그렇게 시작하시면 초급되고 중급되고
고급되고..시간이 많이 흘러 경력쌓이면 특급기술자 까지 올라깁니다.
