[먹스팀] 홈메이드 챱스테이끼~!

억셉입니다~!

하락장엔... 먹스팀이죠^_ㅠ....

가족들과 챱스테이크를 만들어 먹은 하루였습니다.

찹스테이크는 요리 후보다 요리 전이 예쁘네요ㅋㅋ

챱챱 챱스테이끼~!

만드는 법은 생각보다 간단합니다.
고기에 적당히 후추같은걸 뿌려준뒤
후라이펜에 올리브유를 두르고
간마늘, 버터와 함께
구워줍니다.

그리고 스테이크 소스와 함께
같이 먹고싶은 야채를 아무거나 투하합니다

저는 스테이크소스를 직접만들어서 썼네요

완성하면 적절한 그릇에 담아 먹으면 됩니다.

                                      ㅋㅋㅋ저렇게 하면 탕수육 같은 느낌이네요. 동양은 먹는 사람을 배려해서 작게 잘라 요리해주는데 서양인 먹는이가 원하는 대로 가져가 자르도록 스테이크를 통채로 주죠. 동서양의 결합인듯....으 꼬로륵
