추운날씨 감기예방을 위해서 배대추차를 만들었어요

간단한 배대추차 감기에도 효능이좋고 예방에도 좋다해서

딸을위해서 만들었네요

배대추차 만드는 방법 올려보아요

재료는 배1개 대추5알 물2리터 입니다

배는 껍질을 벗기고 썰어주시고

(잘우려나게 깍두기만하게 잘랐어요)

대추는 씨빼내줍니다

그리고 냄비에 배와 대추 그리고 분량의 물을 넣고

중불로 40분 약불로 30분정도 끓여줍니다

그럼 진하게 우려나와서 이렇게 완성!!

아침저녁으로 한잔씩 마시게했어요

달달하니 홀짝홀짝 잘먹더라구요

모두 추운날씨 감기 조심하세요

                감기에 걸려도 차는 유자차나 / 레몬차 / 녹차 등
                주변에서 구하기 쉬운것들만 마셨는데
                이렇게 보니까 적어뒀다가 한번 해봐도 좋을것 같네요 :)
