육사시미 전문점 맛집을 소개해드려요~
5년전 오픈할때 방문했었는데 지금은 유명한 맛집으로 이름을 날리고 있습니다.
남포동 광복점에 위치해 있구요 매일매일 최상급 1+ 한우를 공수해와서 냉동육회가 아닌 신선도가 최고인 육회를 맛 볼 수 있습니다.
(육사시미, 육회250g, 일본식 안주3종)

인테리어는 깔끔하고 무난합니다.

육회가 조금 더 두툼하고 신선해보입니다. 신기한건 육회에 양념의 맛이 전혀 나지 않습니다.
기대가 컸던 육사시미 한입먹고 깜짝 놀랬어요 너무 부드럽구요 입에서 사르르 녹아서 없어져버립니다.
미식가이시면 카우차우 한번 가보시기를 바랍니다.
참고로 카우차우는 질 좋은 최상급의 한우를 매일 공수해오는데 한우 질이 안좋으면 가게문을 안여신다고 하네요
