아론의 운동과 건강 - 6월 17일 일지

6월 17일 운동과 다이어트 일지입니다.
날은 점점 더워지고
운동 강도는 점점 올라가고
더불어 조금씩 힘이 드네요.
잘 챙겨먹어야 하는데
오히려 더 못 먹고 있는 건 아닌가 싶어서
살짝 걱정이 되기도 하고요.
술은 안 먹고 있으니까
군살이 더 불어나지는 않고
몸무게는 아주 천천히 빠지고 있습니다.
