드라마 "리턴"을 보는데 밀푀유나베가 나왔네요. 확 꽂혀서 집사람에게 부탁해 맛보게 됩니다. 다시와 중간에 버섯을 넣기 사진입니다. 만들기 쉽고 배추가 들어가 시원합니다. 요리가 되면 고기,배추 깻잎이 한 세트처럼 붙어있어 쉽게 한점 집어 와사비 간장으로 찍어 드시면 되요.
불현듯 밀푀유의 기원가 뜻이 궁금해 찾아 보았네요^^
밀푀유 (mille-feuilles) : 프랑스어로 "천개의 잎" 이라는 뜻으로 여러 겹으로 만들어진 반죽사이에 크림이나 잼을 넣은 디져트라고 하네요. 때로는 "나폴레옹"이라고 불려지기도 하는데, 이는 프랑스 인근 나폴리에서 왔다는 프랑스 형용사인 "napolitain" 나폴리탱에서 변형되었다고 하네요.
그럼 밀푀유 나베는 일본에서 어떻게 시작 되었을 까요?? .
1991년 일본요리책에 처음 등장 이후, 샤브샤브나 스키야끼 보다 적은 재료로 만들기 쉽고 맛있는 밀푀유 나베는 두루두루 일본가정의 사랑을 받을 수 있었다하네요. 또한 추운날 손님을 초대하고 먹을 수 있는 요리로 대중적인기를 끌수 있었다고 추정한답니다.^^
중간에 때에 따라서 버섯이 아닌 토마토도 넣는데요. 날이 더 따뜻해 지기 전 몇번 더 해 먹어 보고 싶네요^^
