감사합니다^^시작할땐 제 몸이 30대인줄 알고 시작했나봅니다 ㅠㅠ 급 후회중이지만 유산소운동은 아침 수영으로 대체해서 지금하는 루틴만 지켜도 제간 어마어마한 일인것 같네요^^ 감사합니다!!!
