[집밥#21] 돼지목살 김치찜

안녕하세요^^
쿠킹 우먼입니다.😘

오랜만에 집밥포스팅 올립니다.
오늘 저녁으로 돼지목살 김치찜을 했어요.
평소엔 등갈비로 김치찜을 자주 해먹곤 했는데 돼지목살로 만드니 양념도 쏙쏙 잘 베어들고 조리시간도 단축 되더라구요~

그럼 초간단 목살 김치찜 재료와 레시피 볼까요?^^

재료: 목살,묵은지,양파,청양고추,파
양념: 간장,된장,고춧가루,다진마늘,설탕,후춧가루,새우젖

냄비에 목살을 깔아주세요.

그위에 묵은지를 올리고!

양파와 청양고추를 넣어주세요.

만들어 놓은 양념장을 넣고 물을 넣어 주세요.

센불에 끓이다가 끓어오르면 송송썬퍼를 넣고 중불에 30분정도 더 졸여주시면 밥도둑 목살 김치찜 완성 ^^

접시에 예쁘게 담아 주세요.😊

먹기전에 김치와 목살을 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라 주세요.
손으로 김치 쭉쭉 찢어 부드러운 목살과 밥을 함께 싸먹으면 이것이야말로 진정한 꿀맛!!!
