[집밥#8] 소고기 잡채

안녕하세요^^
쿠킹우먼입니다.

요즘 윤식당을 재밌게 보고 있는데요~
오늘은 윤식당 인기메뉴인 잡채를 만들었어요.

호박,파프리카,양파,당근,표고버섯은 면과 먹기좋게 채썰어 소금을 넣고 볶는다.

소고기는 배,양파를 갈아서 간장, 설탕 ,마늘,후춧,참기름를 넣고 재운후 볶는다.

시금치는 데쳐서 참기름,간장,깨소금 넣고 살짝 묻혀준다.

삶은 당면은 올리브,간장,참기름을 넣고 볶다가 미리준비한 재료들을 넣은후 살짝 더 볶아준뒤 통깨를 뿌려주면 소고기 잡채 완성입니다^^
