쓴것은
뱉을 줄만
알았다


단것은
삼킬 줄만
알았다

왜


쓴것을 삼키고
단것을 뱉는지


시간이 지나고
알게되었다.


소중한것이
생기면
단것만 먹이고
싶다는것을

그래서

쓴맛이 좋다.

어머니와 같이 처음 카페를 갔습니다.

평소 단것을 싫어하시는 어머니였습니다.

하지만

오늘은 제가 먹는것과 같은 것을 먹어보고 싶다고 하시길래

똑같은 음료를 주문했습니다.

제 기준에서도 분명히 달달한 음료였습니다.

어머니는 맛을 보시더니 소녀처럼 좋아하시는 표정을 지으셨습니다.

"엄마 단 것 싫어 하지 않으세요?"

엄마는 "단 것을 싫어하는 사람은 없다 먹지 않을 뿐이지"라는

말씀을 하십니다.
