우리한국은 부동산 법부터 고쳐야합니다 가계 리스로. 계약을 보통20년으로해야하며.
만료시 제계약을 우선 현가계주가 우선권을주며 5프로미만으로 인상하면괜찬을것인데.

    일단 법이라도 잘 개정되면 좋겠습니다만 부동산 공화국에서 과연 잘될까 의문이 드네요
