스님에게 행복이
무엇이냐고 물었더니
"그런 생각을 하기 이전 바로 그것이
행복이다" 라고...

불행은 무엇이냐고 물었더니
스님은..."네가 행복한가 불행한가 생각하는
순간이 곧 불행"이라고

행복과 불행의 기준은 각자 다르겠지 !?

가끔 아니 자주 그때 내가 그랬다면
혹은 그러지 않았다면.... 되돌리수 없는 회상에 빠져들기도 한다네

어느것에 정답을 찾는가도 중요하지만
하루하루 살아가는 삶의 만족도를 높여야지!

돌아보지 말자
멈추기...
