믿거나 말거나 과일(베트남생활자)

람부탄이라는 열대 과일입니다. 아시는 분들도 많이계시겠지만 참 과일이 무슨 멍개처럼 생겼지요..

일단 오지게 달고 먹으면 살찌는 열량 재황 열대과일 중 하나이고..

요렇게 포도처럼 까사 하나 씩 입안에 털면 됩니다.

요렇게 속살만 보면 리치 비스므레 하지만..

안에 큰 씨가 하나씩 들어있지요. 요씨를 버리지 말고 잘 모아두었다가

햇볓에 말려서 후라이팬에 달달 볶아주면 ,,,,

아몬드보다 맛있는 람부탄 아몬드가 탄생한 답니다..

믿거나,,, 말거나,,,, ㅎㅎ
