9월 25일 화요일 오전 11시 (동부 표준시)
9월 26일 수요일 오전 0시 (서울 시간 기준)
'하드포크 20' 은 21명의 증인 중 17명 이상이 승인해야 합니다
1. Resource Credits
계정을 생성하기 위해 STEEM을 지불하거나 SP를 위임할 필요 없이
사용자가 STEEM 대신 RCs로 요금의 일부(또는 전체)를 지불합니다
계정을 생성할때 필요한 RC의 양은 수요에 따라 유동적으로 결정됩니다
2. Dust Vote Threshold Changes
현재 성공적으로 보팅하기 위해 약 1 SP이상을 가지고 있어야 합니다
이제 1SP 미안의 사용자들도 보팅이 가능하며 금액은 영향이 없을 것입니다
3. 30-minute Curation Window
저자 보상 기간을 30분에서 15분으로 줄입니다
4. Self-Voting Rewards
포스팅과 동시에 셀프보팅시 저자의 큐레이션 리워드가 배분됩니다
5. Expiration of Internal Market Orders
모든 내부 시장 주문이 28일 후에 만료되도록 요구합니다
6. 20 Second Comment Limit
코멘트에 대한 20초 제한은 일부 제거됩니다
블록체인은 이제 매 3초마다 한 번씩 새로운 코멘트를 할 수 있게됩니다
7. Decrease Delegation Cooldown Period
SP임대 회수기간이 7일에서 5일로 줄어듭니다
8. Upvote Lockout Period
페이아웃 12시간 전에 업보팅과 다운보팅 둘다 가능합니다
투표권력의 강도(동일한 투표권력)는 해당 12시간 동안
100%에서 0%로 선형적으로 감소합니다
9. Steem Blockchain Dollar (SBD) Changes
SBD 는 STEEM 시총 9%에 도달할 때까지 계속 발행됩니다
9%부터 10%까지 선형적으로 감소합니다
10. Testnet
메인넷 하드포크 날짜 이전에 '하드포크 20' 테스트넷을 출시할 예정입니다
