기억의 힘을 믿으며 쓰게된 저의 장사 이야기 제 12탄!!
하루 50족 한정 판매하는 족발입니다.
스티미언님중 몇분은 아실테지만 저희 가게는 하루에 족발 50족만 판매하고 영업을 마칩니다..
그렇기에 5시 영업 시작하고 빠르면 7시 30분이면 가게를 마칩니다.
오시는 손님들은 더 삶으라고 말씀하시지만 솔직히 불가능합니다...
이유는....
바로 왼쪽 통에 있습니다..
족발의 피를 빼기위해 하루전 왼쪽통에 족발을 찬물에 담궈 놓습니다...
그리고 애벌삶기를 하는데... 저 통에 족발이 딱 50개 들어가더군요.. ^^
더 삶으려면 통이 하나 더 있어야 하는데 그럼 가게를 넓혀야하고.. 그럼 이사가야하고... 등등등 으로 하루 50개만 판매하게 되었습니다...^^
아.. 저희 가게의 가장 큰 노하우를 공개했네요 ♡
저는 지금 현실에 만족합니다...
일찍 끝나면 스팀잇 댓글도 달고 술도 한잔할 수 있는 적당한 삶... 저의 인생 지침인거 같군요...^^
오늘 불금이네요... 전 5시부터 바쁘게 하루 일과를 시작합니다...

손님들이 보기엔 짧은 시간이겠지만 준비하는 사람에게는 배이상 시간이 걸리겠죠. 현재 생활에 만족하신다면 지금 유지하는게 좋을것 같습니다. 양이 많이지면 지금의 질을 유지하기가 힘들것 같아요. 일찍 끝나면 스팀잇 생활 좋네요~ ^^
