집에서 간단하게 탕수육 도전^-^

안녕하세요?
뜨개하는 헤스티아예요

요리하는 헤스티아로 해야할것 같은 연타석 포스팅 이네요 ㅎㅎ

방학에 휴일이 겹쳐서 아무래도 주방에 오래 있게 되어요 비슷한 메뉴로 먹이다보면 뭔가 특별한 메뉴를 내놓아야겠다는 부담감이 ㅎㅎ 들지요

마트에서 탕수육 소스를 보고
한번 해보자 생각을 합니다~~~

잡채용 등심을 샀구요

전분가루로 조물락 하라고 소스봉지에 써있네요
집에 찾아보니 전분가루 쬐끔 있어서 그냥 튀김가루랑 섞었어요~~ 후추.소금도 같이요

반죽물에 퐁당 하는게 아니라 가루로 조물락 하면서 물을 조금씩 넣어주어서 얇게 반죽물이랑 섞여있는 느낌이 되었으면

튀기고 소스에 버무리기~~~

근데 세남자가 소스없는 탕수육이 더 맛있다네요
아무래도 중국집 소스랑은 다른거겠죠
담번엔 소스없이 해주기로 했어요~~~

튀기는게 귀찮지 넘 쉬운 탕수육
해보실래요??? ^^

    요즘은 탕수육소스를 이렇게 따로파나봐요~
    헤스티아님은 뜨개질도 잘하시는 것 같은데
    요리도 잘하시나봐요ㅎㅎ 그저 부러운 금손이세요

          오늘 탕슉 먹을까 말까 고민하다 안먹었는데 ㅠㅠ 맛있어 보여요~~ ㅎㅎ 저두 탕슉 소스는 정말 어렵던데 담에 한번 도전해봐야겠어요~ ^^

                    탕수육은 시켜먹는 가성비가 너무 떨어진다고 생각해서 항상 주문할때마다
                    우울했는데, 집에서 한번 도전해볼만한 음식이었군요!

                      네 저는 아이들때문에 잡채용고기 샀는데 얇긴해도 금방익고 안질기고 괜찮았어요
                      고기도 500~600그램사는데 5천원 가량 들었나봐요
                      4인가족 간식용으로 충분했어요 식사용으로는 조금더 사더라도 저렴히 즐길수 있네요~ ^^

                                      저보다 훨씬 잘하실꺼예요
                                      후추와 소금을 평상시보다 아낌없이 넣었더니
                                      소스없이도 잘먹더라고요~ ^^
