[건대, 홍대 맛집] 미분당

제가 좋아하거나, 최근에 먹어봤던 음식들에 대해 후기를 남겨보려 해요~

첫 음식으론, 제가 가장 좋아하는 미분당의 쌀국수

음식 보자마자 흥분해서 섞어버린 바람에 ㅋㅋ 원래 모양은 볼 수 없네요..

특히 이 집의 장점은 먹어만 봐도 알 수 있는 오래끓인 육수인데요, 다른 쌀국수 집에서 특유의 향신료 때문에 고생하신 분들도 쉽게 즐기실 수 있을거라 생각합니다
곰탕하고 비슷하다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 기존의 쌀국수의 육수 베이스와 비슷하긴 하지만,(양지 차돌 힘줄) 마늘 생강 베이스가 느껴지는 것으로 보아 충분히 한국식으로 개량 된 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

제가 즐기는 방식은 작은 종지에 면과 숙주, 고기를 건지구 매콤한 소스를 뿌려 먹는 것을 좋아합니다.
요즘 한창 유행하는 분짜와는 다르게, 매콤한 소스에 비벼먹어도 정말 맛잇어요. 너무 매우면 국물 한 숟가락 드시면 개운해 집니다.
