싱싱한 고구마 껍질은 벗긴후

세모 모양으로 먹기좋게 잘라준다.

키친타올로 물기 제거후

기름에 노릇노릇 2번 튀겨준후

설탕2 물1 비율로 절대 섞지말고 팬에서 녹인후

튀겨준 고구마를 넣어 버무린후 찬곳에서 식혀준다
