한달 반만에 트런!
감을 찾기 위해 대회전 한번은 트런을 해봐야 했기에 아침에 집을 나섰다.
러닝도 다시 시작했지만 트런을 가보니 확실히 예전과 같은 컨디션이 아니라는 것을 잘 알겠다.
부상의 걱정때문에 몸에 힘이 들어가서 그런가 자주 달렸던 코스임에도 불구하고 더 힘이든다.
예전 몸상태의 80프로 정도만 돌아온거 같다.
대회때도 이정도 몸상태일것 같다.
부상없이 완주가 목표!!
