집주인이 원룸 건물주였는데, 근저당에 가압류에 가등기도 된 건물이었습니다. 제 확정일자가 우선이라서 괜찮았는데, 집을빼고 다른사람이 들어와 전입신고를 해버리는 바람에... 이렇게까지 될줄 상상도 못했네요
