혹시 영화 중에 에단 호크 주연의 본 투 비 블루 (2015)를 아시나요?
에단 호크가 바로 쳇 베이커 역을 맡아 직접 음악을 한 영화로 유명합니다.

Ethan Hawk acted as the artist - Chet Baker.

쳇 베이커는 트럼펫 재즈 뮤지션입니다. 곡도 재즈구요.
하지만 제가 추천하는 이 곡은 그의 보컬앨범인 「Chet Baker Sings」(1954)에 수록된 "But not for me" 입니다.

Chet Baker is trumpet jazz artist. and "But not for me" is also jazz.
This music is not instrumental. But it is vocal music.
"But not for me" by Chet Baker was released on his vocal album 「Chet Baker Sings」(1954).

곡 자체는 많은 아티스트들이 불렀습니다. 미국의 위대한 작곡+작사가 거슈윈 형제 (- 조지 거슈윈과 아이라 거슈윈)의 작품으로 뮤지컬 「Girl Crazy」(1930)에 수록되어 있던 곡입니다.

It was songs by many legendary artists. And its first release was in Musical 「Girl Crazy」(1930) by the Great music brothers: Gershwin (music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Ira Gershwin).

재즈를 아예 모르는 제가 이 곡을 알게 된 이유는 빌 에반스의 피아노를 좋아하게 되어서, 찾아 듣던 중에 우연히 「Chet」-"You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To"을 같이함을 알게 되어서 찾아 들어봤어요.

거의 모든 곡들이 너무나 좋아서 추천하기 힘들 정도입니다 ㅎㅎㅎ
사실 그는 고독함과 약물, 시련 등으로 굴곡이 심했어요. 그래서 그의 음악은 단순한 블루가 아닌 시리도록 차가운 블루라고 생각합니다.

"I fall in love too easily" 나 "My funny valentine", "I remember you" 등 유명한 곡들도 많지만 제가 "But not for me"를 좋아하는 이유는 오히려 담담하게 담아내는 목소리와 경쾌한 듯한 트럼펫이 상반된 느낌을 줍니다.
그의 인생이 '나만 빼고 이 세상은 행복하겠지' 라는 내용과 어울리기도 하구요.

I am not good at Jazz but I like to listen Bill Evans' jazz piano. So, it was very lucky to find their collaboration 「Chet」-"You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To".

Most of his music is not just art but master pieces. I could hardly choose any single track for recommendation. :)
His life was very tough because of lonely, drugs and fails in personal history.
So, I think his music is blue, but very cold, painful blue.

There are lots of loved music like "I fall in love too easily", "My funny valentine" or "I remember you" etc..
But why I choose "But not for me" is feeling of discord.
Chet Baker sang this with very calm voice but other instruments were played with very light & soft.
Also his life is same as its lyrics' meaning - Everyone & everything is happy and do love but not for me.
