드디어 스테픈 챌린지가 끝나는 날이다. 그동안 최선을 다해 짬을 내서 걸었다. 그런데 어제 아침에 걷고 가족과 이케아에 가서 3시간(?)쇼핑하고 집에서 뻗었다. 그동안 무리해서 걸은 탓인지 몸이 많이 힘들었던 모양이다. ㅎㅎㅎ 이젠 홀가분하게 다음 계절을 맞이 해야겠다.
