5일전부터 시작한 새벽 5시반에 일어나는 습관 프로젝트!!
이유는 말씀드렸듯이 가족들이 회사갈 준비로 가장 시끄러워서 항상 깬답니다.
괜히 안좋게 생각하며 일어나면 스트레스 받고, 잠도 잔것같지 않기 때문에 긍정적인 생각을 가지고 5시반을 하루의 시작으로 잡았습니다.
