아직 어지럼증이 안나아서 40분도 겨우 걸었다
약먹고 나왔는데ㅠ
어지럼증 생긴초반엔 1분도 걷기 힘들었는데
2주 조금동안 꾸준히 천천히 운동했더니
30분정도는 가능해졌다니ㅋㅋ
1달차엔 어지럼증 야생기고 1시간 걷는걸 목표로!!!^^

따로 시간 잡아서 걷기운동도 정말 좋지만 저 같은 경우에는 평소에 왠만한 거리는 교통수단을 사용하지 않고 걷는 습관을 가지고 있는데 그러면 따로 걷기 운동을 안해도 40분이상의 걷기가 되더군요 ㅎㅎ.. 그럼 더 운동 효과가 있으실거에요!
