약한달전 2월4일에 사과주를 담갔습니다

사과를걸러내서 이제 숙성 3개월이 남았어요!

        인삼주는 참 맛있게 먹었는데

                사과주를 집에서!
                저도 술 참 좋아하는데 한번도 집에서 직접 담궈 벌 생각을 해본 적은 없네요ㅠㅠ 이번에 저도 한번 용기내서 만들어 봐야겠어요ㅎㅎ 어렵진 않은가요?

                            저는 술을 거의 마시지 않기 때문에 잘은 모르겠으나, 사과향이 나는 술일거 같습니다. 건저낸 사과는 어떻게 처리하나요? 버리는 건가요..술향이 약간 밴 사과도 맛일거 같네요.
