일본식? 교자 만들기
25년전 일본 사람들이 만두(교자)를 굽는 스타일에 충격을 먹었던 기억이 있다.
아...이런 조리법도 있구나!
예쁘게 맛나게 만두를 빚고 후라이팬을 달구고 식용유를 두른다.
달구어진 후라이팬에 만두를 넣고 여우색이 나도록 굽고,물 100cc를 쫘악 붓고 뚜껑을 닫는다.
수분이 다 없어지면 접시에 담아낸다.
반쪽은 바싹~ 반족은 촉촉~
