고추부각을 만들었네요.
기름에 튀기고 설탕 소금뿌려 먹으면 반찬인듯 과자인듯 너무 맛있죠.
고추를 반으로 갈라 밀가루를 묻혀 찜통에 쪄내 말리면 되는 맛난 먹거리 한봉지 만들었네요.
잘만들어 졌나 조금 튀겨냈는데 역시 맛있군요.
보기만해도 기분 좋아지는 고추 부각입니다.^^
