콩나물 잡채를 만들어 봤습니다.
처음 만들어본 콩나물 잡채 아삭아삭 씹히는 콩나물과 잡채가 생각보다 잘 어울리네요.
면삶고 콩나물 삶아서 입맛대로 간을 하면 되는데 빨간맛으로 만들어 보았네요.

잘어울린다하시니 좀더 변형해서 저는 다음에 잡채할때 콩나물도 넣고 고춧가루도 좀 뿌려서 만들어봐야겠습니다. 식감이 벌써 기대가 되네요.
